The rapid increase of the numbers has put educational practitioners(Teachers & Students) in a state of worry. Popular among them is "when will schools resume?"
Beyond the Lockdown COVID 19 pandemic impact on Education, in Ghana. A Program hosted by Emefa Apaw on 3rd May 2020 addresses issues concerning the current state of our education in Ghana.

Basic Education, & Second Cycle.
1. Q: Will BECE examination start in a certain month?
Ans:
There is no fixed date for the examination to commence disregard any information about exams starting at a particular month.
2. Q: Is WASSCE starting in August?
Ans:
No, there's no official document for such a date.
3. When will schools resume?

4.Q: Will teachers continue where they left off in the curriculum?
Yes, online learning is meant to keep the students engaged.
5. Q: When will private school teachers be paid their salaries?
Ghana Association of Private Schools Teachers (GAPST) are having a closed-door meeting as to how the teachers will be paid

1. When will admissions begin?
As soon as there's an improvement with the CoronaVirus
2. Why should the assessment be conducted online?
This is because, the learning was done online.
3. Cost of data?
Most universities have negotiated with the Telecommunications eg MTN and Vodafone for students to access the learning platform without paying for it.
4. When will final year students graduate?
Their certificate and transcript will be available for collection if they satisfied all the necessary requirements, hence graduating will be when students return to schools.
5. Can
Ph.D. students defend their thesis via virtual learning?
Yes.
6. Q: Students who are in deprived areas and can't access the learning platform what is been done about it?
Management is working to bridge that gap.

- Distance learning for continuing students is likely to begin when COVID 19 is still on the increase.
