Results from major Television networks have it that  Joe Baiden for the Democrats is in a comfortable lead. Message From Education Minister To all Teachers On May Day.

Ghana's Education Minister  Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh took to tweeter and on his facebook wall this morning saluting all teachers for their tireless effort.



For most teachers in the fraternity, they find it uncomfortable when his name is mentioned.

Dr. Opoku who is noted by many as an authoritarian, over the few days, he came on the air waves acknowledging the good work of teachers during this COVID 19 "wahalaaa".

Today 1st May 2020, Labour Day is an annual holiday to celebrate the achievements of workers. Labour Day has its origins in the labour union movement, specifically the eight-hour day movement, which advocated eight hours for work, eight hours for recreation, and eight hours for rest. , as the Minister Of Education and Member of Parliament(MP) for  Manhyia South constituency shared this beautiful and inspiring message.

"I salute all Ghanaian workers for their hard work over the years in keeping this country going. In particular, our teachers and education workers deserve great commendation for their gallant roles in facilitating teaching and learning.
